3. Eligibility and Account Requirements

• You must be at least 13 years old to use our Service
• Users between 13-17 must have parental consent
• You must be at least 18 years old to agree to these Terms independently

3.2 YouTube Account Requirements

• You must have a valid YouTube account with live streaming enabled
• You must comply with YouTube's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your YouTube credentials

4. Acceptable Use Policy

• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the application

• Commercial use without proper licensing (for enterprise features)

5. User Responsibilities

5.1 Content Responsibility

• You are solely responsible for all content you stream or broadcast
• You must ensure your content complies with YouTube's policies
• You must respect intellectual property rights of others
• You must obtain necessary permissions for music, images, or other copyrighted material

5.2 Security Responsibilities

• Keep your YouTube stream keys confidential and secure
• Do not share QR codes containing sensitive streaming information publicly
• Report any security vulnerabilities to our support team
• Use strong, unique passwords for your YouTube account

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Our Rights

QR-VLOG and all related trademarks, logos, and intellectual property are owned by us. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for its intended purpose.

You retain all rights to the content you create and stream. We do not claim ownership of your streaming content or QR codes you generate.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations
